1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for:
- Incorrect or defective items.
- Orders that arrive damaged.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and the items must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In the original condition, with tags attached.
- Returned in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Worn or altered garments.
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
- Items not purchased directly from ProDeals.sbs.
3. Return Process
- Email us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Include clear photos of the defect or damage, if applicable.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is attributable to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or version:
- Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll guide you through the exchange process and, where possible, ship the correct item at no extra cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
For items damaged or incorrectly sent:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos as proof.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund—no charges for you.
