1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Incorrect or defective items.
  • Orders that arrive damaged.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and the items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In the original condition, with tags attached.
  • Returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or altered garments.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
  • Items not purchased directly from ProDeals.sbs.

3. Return Process

  2. Include clear photos of the defect or damage, if applicable.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.

5. Exchanges

For items damaged or incorrectly sent:
